At the moment, our estimated shipping time for all products is about 5–7 days. Some variants may ship sooner, but please feel free to reach out for a more accurate shipping estimate. Rest assured, we’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability and your location, as products may ship from different warehouses. If the item is in stock, shipping times are as follows:
USA Domestic Orders:
All orders ship within 1-3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 5-7 days.
Christmas Closure & Shipping:
We’ll be closed from December 24th-26th and will resume regular shipping on December 27th. Additionally, we’ll be closed on December 31st and January 1st.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your product is faulty, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. The customer will cover return shipping charges. Please visit our Contact Us page to get the return address. Once we receive the return and confirm the issue is due to damage or packaging error, we’ll issue your full refund. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Tracking numbers expire after a certain period, so please contact us as soon as possible if your order hasn't arrived. Unfortunately, if more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to assist.
Please note that Christmas Sweaters are made to order and are non-refundable.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may cancel it for a full refund. Once your order ships, we can’t cancel or refund while it’s in transit. However, you can return the order once you’ve received it, and we’ll issue a refund once we’ve verified the items are unused and in new condition.
Refunds will typically appear on your statement within 5-10 working days.
